Is gach aon duine acu seo tusa. Tá gach aon duine acu seo istigh ionat. Gan bhriseadh agus gan ghéilleadh. Sníofa thart ar do ADN, ó sheantaithí siar i bhfad, ó shaolta sinsearacha.
Cruthaithne d’aon ghnó óna brunna seo. Mhair tú frí na flaithiúnais seo agus is cuimhin leat iad. Istigh i dó chorp cuimhníonn tú. Coinníonn dó chorp cuimhne.
Déan am le héisteacht le dó chorp. Coinnigh do shúil ghluaiseacht do Spoiraid. Féach leis an Anois a thuiscint mar chnuasach de phointí ama seanda ag nascadh le chéile achan chur in iúl de dó bhunús.
Tar amach taobh amuigh, déan nasc le habhann na coitiantachta seo arís. Mothaigh thú féin arais chugat féin agus cé thú féin - cad as a bhfuil tú déanta…
Each of these People is You. Each of these People is in you. Unbroken and unbowed. Wound around your DNA, in experiences of old, ancestral life-times.
Made purposefully by such stresses. You have lived through these realms and remember. In your body you remember. Your body remembers.
Take time to listen to your body. Watch how your Spirit is moving. Try to understand the Now as an accumulation of past moments binding together the articulateness of your origins.
Come outside, join this river of commonality again. Feel yourself back to who you are - what you are made up of…

Ealain: ‘Donore Bliss’ by Seán O hUltacháin
Seán O hUltacháin is a Celtic Artist from the Bréifne County and specialises in watercolour illustration. This border was inspired by the 8th century Book of Kells and the centre was inspired by the 8th century Donore Mount found near Moynalty, Co. Meath. I often wonder did the artists who designed both of them know each other considering their close proximity in time and space.
